Abandoned Theme Parks

1. I would like to visit the one in New Orleans, because recently in 2005 there was hurricane Katrina and ruined a lot that city. So, I wanna see how much of the damage was done to the amusement park. I also want to visit there because I like when things look creepy for some reason, I don't know why but it just seems interesting to see something creepy looking and how it used to operate.

2.

3. Okpo Land, South Korea
Takakanonuma Greenland, Japan
Lincoln Park, Dartmouth, Mass.
Chippewa Lake Park
Kokka Family Land, Japan

4.

Okpo Land, South Korea

5. I would like to visit this place because it has an eerie feeling when I look at the pictures. It also has creepy stories, like the roller coaster that I posted up of the duck, supposedly a little girl flew off from it and died. Pretty much I just wanna see how creepy and weird the place is, with only 13 years of being closed. It also seems cool to just look around and see what else might seem creepy and scary in that place.

6. To be able to take these photos I would probably have to buy a good quality camera to see all the details of the rusted things. I would also have to get the money to be able to travel to South Korea and find that abandoned amusement park. Take the plane, taxis and ask for directions. I wouldn't think it would be a problem to trespass this place because it seems like it is a historic place to explore for urban explorers. You would probably have to hike to a mountain because it is on a mountain and be careful with the plants and animals that you would have to pass by.

Funny Captions

Getting a vaccine at school cause we need one.
Everybody somehow got sick and now we all have to get a freaking vaccine, I'm Ping, the one getting a vaccine that shot hurt so much I yelled with agony and everybody else is laughing at me and having a good time. Except for the guy next to me, he looks horrified and doesn't wanna go next.

You know, just chilling at home, eating some hot noodles, cause I'm hungry.
The other day, it occurred to me that noodles get super hot and I have to wait a billion minutes for it to cool, so I made an invention to cool while I'm eating them, it might look heavy but it's pretty easy to use I put the fan in high and BAM! it's cool and ready to eat in less than 30 seconds, and your tummy is satisfied.

Going back to work, going to fix on something my partner Bob messed up on, because
I sent my partner Bob to go write "School" for a sign and he completely messed up the road and the word, he gets me so angry, I wanna slap him.
See, this is why we go to school and learn how to spell...I need a better job.

Great Black and White Photographers Part 3

1. What first caught my eye of the pictures of my photographer was the pictures of flowers and how pretty they looked and how simple the pictures looked but had an artistic meaning to it.

2. I see a beautiful flower with a center so pretty.
I smell the flower's scent.
I hear as I click the button to take a picture.
I taste the aroma of the smell ?
I feel the flower's petals.
I see a bed with some objects on it.
I smell the morning freshness.
I hear the covers as I climb out of bed.
I taste the water when I drink after I wake up.
I feel the sheets as I undo my bed to fall back asleep.

3. I would like to show my photographer providing as much of information of the person. For people can have much respect towards my photographer. I would most likely make power points and show the biography, some of the great pictures my photographer has taken and so on. That's would I would do to show my school/classmates about my photographer.

Academic Shoot Reflection

1. The challenges I faced with this assignment was to go look out for the stuff around school, but there's isn't much to look for because it pretty much looks the same.
2. One of the aspects I had was to find the rules of thirds which I never did because there just wasn't enough stuff to take pictures of.
3. If I would do the assignment again I would probably take lots of more pictures and focus more on the rules of photography.
4. The things I would do the same is just take pictures of the other rules.
5. Probably the easiest would be simplicity, lines, and avoiding mergers.
6. Rules of Thirds, and balance.
7. I think the rules of thirds is the one I'm not clear on because I didn't take a picture of that rule. And plus it confuses me.

Academic Shoot

Simplicity
 1. I think I followed this rule a bit because how simple the picture is of the two books.
2. The subject is most likely in the library because you can see in the background the books and the rest of the library.
3. Maybe so, if they know the rules of photography.
4. I could just take a picture of one book not two.

Framing
1. I think I followed this rule pretty well because the wall and ceiling frame the kids that are in line in the picture.
2. The subject of this picture is mostly about school and being late. :P
3. I think you could tell on this rule.
4. I could align more the wall with the ceiling.

Balance
1. This picture is balance because the 3 kids are standing in a form that makes it seem like balance.
2. The subject for this would probably be called something like "picture time!" something like that.
3. You could tell by looking at the picture that it is balance.
4. To make this picture better is to probably move the kids in some sort of shape to show better the balance.

Avoiding Mergers
1. This avoid mergers because the colors are all different and you can tell what one thing is.
2. The subject for this picture would be something about rushing to go to class or something like that.
3. You could possibly tell that it's avoiding mergers.

Rules Of Thirds
1. I followed this rule by using the "thumb effect" which made me remember the rules of thirds.
2. The subject is pretty good for it.
3. Yes it is clear.

Lines
1. I found some stairs that seem to have a form of lines, so I took a picture for my example of lines.
2. The subject would be the stairs.
3. I think people would be able to know which rule this is.

Africa and Mural Project

1. What I think of the pictures is that they looked cool because it shows emotion of the animals and there was some kind of beautiful background and how Africa is.

2. This one was my favorite one.
3. It was my favorite because I like giraffes and I thought the background of this picture was amazing and cool, because the little dirt tornado made the picture fun to look at.
4. I think this one is the rule of Simplicity, because it is such a simple picture and yet it is cool.
5.
A: He uses a Pentax 67II with only two fixed lenses.
B: Is to show the animals simply in the state of being.
C: One of his hopes is to be able to record a visually poetic last testament to the wild animals and places there before they are gone at the hands of man.
D: "You wouldn't take a portrait of a human being from a hundred feet away and expect to capture their spirit; you'd move in close."

1. A theme that we could do is something about "School Life" or something like that.
2. We could use phones that have the Instagram app, and for those who don't have a phone that supports an app should take pictures with the school's camera and we can edit them later for the mural.
3. We could put the mural up in the AHA hallway because that's where we are all about or maybe by the cafeteria where everyone can see it.

The Story

Best Story
I think this one tells a good story because as the headline on this picture was about "Makings of the Young Professor" so I'm thinking that this young man is learning to be a professor. And could tell a good story on how he is achieving to be a professor one day.

Action and Emotion
You could clearly see the action and emotion in this picture because it looks like these girls are doing a lab and seemed to be amazed with the lab. And the action is the water sprinkling everywhere. Which makes this category and action and emotion.

 Filling the Frame
This frame is filled with an interesting smoke and light at the bottom, because these people are working on something. Mostly it just illuminates the picture and makes it look cool.

Questions:
1. Well there was a lot of pictures that I really liked but I picked one of them which was on page 84, it was about the girls in dresses playing basketball. I liked this picture because it's something I would do when I would wear a dress and I liked how happy they look and how they're having so much fun.

2. The rules that are evident in the photos is that they have some sort of figure and the way the photo was taking make the rules of photography into like a unique way.

1. We would usually take pictures, at like sporting events that happen at school, in classroom, the hall ways, fine arts, and after school curricular activities that happen in school. We can also get the hobbies that people do that are in school.
2. Mostly I would like to visit is like a science class because usually they are doing labs and people look so interested during labs.
3. I would try to get into the action and act as if I were close enough on what is happening and make the pictures more interesting.

9/11 Details & Post Shoot Reflection

1. The challenges I found to the Red, Metal and Happy was to find things that were Happy because there wasn't really that much people that wanted to take a picture smiling to show that they're happy.
2. I had technical aspects with my glasses because after I would take a picture my glasses would get all dirty and well pretty much I know how to handle that type of camera so I didn't have any problems with it.
3. I would choose different picture that describes better of the definition. And take better pictures that have the rules.
4. Honestly, I would just try to get closer to what I want to take a picture of.
5. Done.
6. I would love to this again because it is like a scavenger hunt and try to find on what we need to take pictures of, and plus it was fun to go out and shoot. (:
